How do I earn MiXR points?
Earn MiXR points by scanning your MiXR Rewards QR code when you order or by ordering through the app or via a QR code on the table / menu when logged in to your MiXR account.
Look out for MiXR Missions in the app for extra chances to earn points, including games with points prizes, double points on certain purchases, points for visiting your favourite pubs a number of times, and many more.
Remember, every pound you spend earns you 50 MiXR points!
What do I do if I can't see points after I've made a purchase?
Please allow up to 72 hours for points to display in your app. If the points haven't been credited after 72 hours, please submit a request to contact us and our team will look into it for you as soon as possible.
Do points expire?
Any points accrued but not converted into vouchers will expire after 12 months.
Is there a limit to how many points I can have on my account?
There is no restriction on how many points you can earn and keep in your account, but points accrued 12 months ago and not converted into vouchers will expire.
How do I use my loyalty points?
Open the MiXR app, tap Rewards, then tap Spend Points.
You can generate cash vouchers (between £5 and £20) or a Queue Jump Experience if you plan on visiting one of the many MiXR clubs.
You must have at least 5000 points to generate a £5 voucher.
Where can I use my vouchers?
Cash vouchers converted from MiXR points can be used at all MiXR venues, which you can find on the Search tab of the MiXR app.
Other vouchers may only be accepted at participating MiXR venues, which are detailed in the T&Cs on each voucher in the MiXR Offers or MiXR Rewards section of the Rewards tab.
How do I use my vouchers?
If you have vouchers to use, find them in either MiXR Offers or MiXR Rewards on the Rewards tab. Click on the voucher you want to use, then tap See Voucher Code. All you need to do is scan the QR code at the bar to redeem.
To use a Queue Jump Experience, just show it to the team on the door when you arrive at a club!
Alternatively, you can use your vouchers when ordering online, either through the app or via a QR code on the table / menu. If logged in, your Rewards will be available to apply at Checkout.
You must use the entire balance of the voucher in one transaction. For example, if your voucher is worth £5, but your order comes to £3.50, you will lose the remaining £1.50 balance.
Do vouchers expire?
Cash vouchers converted from MiXR points expire six months after being created.
Other vouchers may expire sooner - check the Valid until date on each voucher in the MiXR Offers or MiXR Rewards section of the Rewards tab.
Vouchers can only be used once. After usage, the vouchers will disappear from the app.
Vouchers are valid for six months. Any vouchers that remain in your MiXR account will be removed after six months.
What do I do if I haven't received my free welcome drink voucher?
To get your free welcome drink voucher, you will need to validate your phone number in the MiXR app. If you haven't done that yet, go to MiXR Rewards and tap Free Welcome Drink to do so. Once complete, you will be able to see your voucher code in the same place.
If you've validated your phone number and still can't see your voucher, please submit a request to contact us and our team will look into it for you as soon as possible.
What do I do if I haven't received my cash voucher?
Vouchers may take up to 48 hours to show. Please go to the Rewards tab, then scroll down to MiXR Rewards to check if your voucher has appeared there.
If you still can't see it, please submit a request to contact us and our team will look into it for you as soon as possible.
What do I do if my voucher has disappeared before I have used it / it has expired?
Please submit a request to contact us and our team will look into it for you as soon as possible. If you have tried to use the voucher already, please let us know the MiXR venue and when you tried to redeem.
What do I do if my used vouchers aren't going away?
Vouchers can take 48 hours to disappear from the app.
If your used vouchers continue to display after a week, please submit a request to contact us and our team will look into it for you as soon as possible.
What is the difference between a MiXR voucher and a gift card?
A MiXR voucher is generated by either converting your MiXR points or completing MiXR Missions. They can be scanned at the bar or redeemed by accessing your Rewards when ordering via the app or QR code.
Gift cards can be purchased on the MiXR app in My Account and are then sent to an email address of your choice. They can be redeemed by scanning at the bar only.
Why did my friend receive a different MiXR mission, offer or reward to me?
Many MiXR Missions, games, offers and rewards are personalised to each guest, so some offers might not appear for everyone. We regularly add new experiences, so keep checking the Rewards tab for exciting offers!
What other offers can I find on MiXR?
MiXR provides a range of personalised offers for our guests. If you have a question about a specific offer, please speak to someone at the MiXR venue next time you visit.
Please note our MiXR venues may provide birthday offers, but these are separate to what is offered on the MiXR app.
What happened to Refer a Friend?
Refer a friend has been removed from MiXR, but there are plenty more MiXR Missions to be found in the app!
