Promotion gets registered MiXR users 40% off in participating venues. Voucher is single use only. Valid Sunday to Thursday from 1st January 2026 to 28th January 2026. This voucher is for our Pubs only - Social Pub & Kitchen, Great Local Pubs. Heritage, Pubsmiths, Chapter Collection, Rita's and Walkabout. General FAQs
Q - Where can I use my vouchers?
A - We recommend using the Find Your Local section of our Mixr app - Venue FAQ – MiX
- Open the MiXR app
- Press the 'search' icon
- Use the map to locate your local pub This should help you easily find venues where the app is accepted.
Q - Can I use my vouchers when web-ordering?
A - Currently, vouchers are not working for web-ordering. Please head to the bar for vouchers to be redeemed, and if any have not worked, please get in touch with us to get it looked into
Q - Do Vouchers Expire?
A - Each Voucher has its own expiry/valid until date on - normally 6 months after it's been created
Go into "Rewards" and each voucher will have a "valid until" date
Q - I didn't get my free drink voucher?
A - To get a free drink voucher, you will need to validate your phone number in the app first
If you have done this, then check your 'Rewards' part of the app.
If you still cannot see it, please contact us: Submit a request – MiXR with your name, email, phone number and a brief description of the query and the team will look into it further for you.
Q - I didn't receive my cash voucher?
A - Please check in the rewards tab of the app first to see if your voucher has appeared there.
If you still cannot see it, please email hello@mixr.co.uk, with your name, email, phone number and a brief description of the query. and the team will look into it further for you.
Q - What do I do if my spent vouchers aren't going away?
A - Vouchers can take a few days to disappear. If you wait a day or two and it should go away eventually.
Please also try refreshing your app. If the spent vouchers are still there for over a week, please contact the team with your name, email and phone number and a brief description of the query.
Q - What other offers do you do?
A - We provide personalised offers for our customers. If you have a question about a specific offer, please speak to someone at the venue next time you visit.
Sites may provide birthday offers, but MiXR does not provide any birthday voucher/codes.
Q - My reward voucher has disappeared.
A - Please contact us: Submit a request – MiXR

Q - How do I use cash vouchers?
A - If you have cash vouchers to use, click into the vouchers in your rewards section, and scan the QR code at the bar!
Q - How do I refer a friend?
A - This is no longer a mission in the app, so you will not be able to find a referral code - please do search the app, as there are plenty of other missions to choose from!
Q- What is the difference between a MiXR voucher and a MiXR E-Gift Card?
A - A MiXR E-Gift card is available to purchase on the MiXR website and App. E-Gift Cards follow a different process to MiXR vouchers. For more information on E-Gift cards see link below
