How do I reset my password?
To change your password:
- Open the MiXR app.
- If signed in, tap on your name at the top of the home screen to go to My Account, then tap Sign Out.
- Once signed out, tap Log In, then tap Forgot Password.
- Enter your email address, then tap Reset Password.
- Follow the instructions in the email, which might be sent to your junk / spam folder.
What should I do if I am not receiving emails?
Check your spam / junk folder. If problems persist, please submit a request to contact us and our team will look into it for you as soon as possible. The more detail included, the better!
How do I delete my MiXR account and personal data?
Go to Home > My Account > Sign out > Delete Account. You’ll be taken to the Preference Centre for MiXR where you can request an account deletion.
How long does it take for an account deletion to process?
The account deletion process can take up to 30 days, but most are actioned within one week.
How do I unsubscribe from emails and / or SMS?
Go to Home > My Account > Permissions. From here, you can choose to opt out of marketing emails and / or SMS.
How do I update my personal details in the app?
You can update your name, email address, and phone number in the MiXR app. Go to Home > My Account (the icon in the top-left corner) > Personal Details, then tap Edit Personal Details.
Please note for security reasons you cannot update your email address and phone number at the same time.
