The below steps may resolve the issue:
- Check the App Store or Google Play to ensure your app is up-to-date. If it isn't, please update the app and try again.
- Uninstall and reinstall the app on your device.
- If problems persist, please submit a request with as much detail as possible, including the steps you've already taken.

Please update your MiXR app to the latest version, and follow the "forgotten password" instructions again.
You will now have the option to manually enter a OTP code into the app, as well as the link in the email.

- Go to Settings → Apps → MiXR
- Tap Set as default
- Set Open supported links to Yes
- Return to your inbox and try again

What should I do if I don't receive the email when trying to reset my password?
Emails may take a few minutes (up to 5) to arrive, and might be sent to your junk or spam folder.

What do I do if I do not receive the 2FA email, or the 2FA code does not work?
Please ensure you request this once and wait for the email to come through.
If multiple are requested, this will negate the previous codes, and it will not work for you.

What email address should I use to register?
Please use an email address that you currently and regularly access. Please note your email address is case-sensitive.
Can I use a non-UK mobile number?
MiXR only supports UK-based phone numbers. International phone numbers are not permitted.
What do I do if the app won't accept my password?
Your password must meet our requirements for security reasons. Passwords must include:
- A total of at least 8 characters
- One number
- One uppercase letter
- One lowercase letter
- One special character
I can't register as a new user because it says I already have an account. What should I do?
You may have a MiXR account that you've forgotten about. Try resetting your password on the Login screen.
