If you are having issues logging in, please ensure you have the latest app version.
General Troubleshooting for resetting password
Always ensure you have the latest version of the MiXR app - this will resolve most issues.
- If you're still having issues:
- Locate the MiXR App.
- Tap and hold until options appear.
- Select App info.
- Tap Uninstall.
- Reinstall the app from the App Store or Google Play.
If issues persist, please complete the Log in/registration issue form.
Q - I am receiving the error message 404/page not found message, what do I do?
Please ensure you have the latest app update and follow the steps below:
- Open Settings → Apps → MiXR
- Tap Default → Open supported links
- Choose "Always allow"
- Return to your email and tap Reset Password again
If you are still having log in issues, please fill out this form: Log in/registration
Q – The app won't accept my password
A: Passwords must:
- Be at least 8 characters long
- Include both upper and lower case letters
- Contain at least one special character
If you're still having trouble, try resetting your password.
Q – I can't reset my password because I'm not receiving the reset email
A: The reset email may:
- Take up to 30 minutes to arrive
- Appear in your spam or junk folder
If you still haven’t received it, please contact the MiXR team via the Log in/registration issue form.
Q – When I try to reset my password, it takes me back to the homepage.
This may be due to app settings on your phone. To fix:
- Go to App info in your phone settings.
- Tap Permissions.
- Find and enable Open by default.
- Allow the app to open supported links.
Q – I can't register as a new user because it says I already have an account
A: Log out of the app and try logging in again. On the login screen, select Reset Password.
Q – I can't get the app working on my phone
A: Unfortunately, we can't provide support for individual phone models.
The MiXR app supports:
- iOS 16 or later
- Android OS 10 or later
Please check the App Store or Google Play for updates.
Q - What Email should I use when registering?
A - Please use an email address you regularly access. Please note that when signing up, your email address is case-sensitive.
Q - When trying to log in, it keeps saying Maximum Attempts Reached
To resolve the issue, you need to clear MiXR cached data from your phone?
On Android:
- Open Settings.
- Tap Apps or Applications.
- Select MiXR.
- Tap Storage.
- Tap Clear Cache.
On iPhone (iOS):
iPhones don’t allow clearing cache for individual apps. You can however:
- Delete and reinstall the app
