This information is for any Stonegate or David Lloyd Employees.
When you begin employment with Stonegate or David Lloyd, you will receive an email with information on how to register your employee MiXR account.
If you have any issues following the instructions in this email, please register by following the steps below.
1. Close and then re-open the MiXR app.
2. This takes you to the screen that shows the REGISTER / LOG IN / GUEST options. DO NOT click on any of these.
3. Tap 5 times on the MiXR Logo displayed immediately above the REGISTER button
4. This should open up a screen for Employee registration.
5. You can then type in manually the details provided in the email to allow you to complete registration correctly.
Once registered, you should see a black employee reward card in the rewards section of the app.
Please make sure you have a strong internet connection when loading it up, as this may cause issues with seeing or scanning the card.
