What is the benefit of linking my bank card?

It saves you time when ordering food or drink at a MiXR bar and venue – simply pay with your card and you will earn MiXR points.

Q - My app won't let me link my bank card? 

A - An agent will need to look into this - we can raise a ticket through the bot for you. Please ask in the bot 'raise a ticket with an agent' 

We will need to know the error message you are receiving, with your name, email and phone

Q - How do I change or remove my bank card? 

A - You can change or remove a bank card on the MiXR app

If you tap on the Person Icon to go into "My Account", and then go to "My bank cards"

You'll be able to see all linked cards and the option to remove them 

Q - Can I link more than one card? 

A - Yes you can link multiple cards.

If you tap on the Person Icon and then go to "My bank cards"

You'll be able to see all linked cards and the option to remove them or add them. 

Q - How do I add my MiXR card to my Apple Wallet/Google Wallet? 

A - You can do this by opening the "Rewards" section in your MiXR app, clicking on your MiXR card, and the option to add your MiXR card to your Apple Wallet/Google Wallet will appear at the bottom.
