How do I verify as a MiXR student?
You can verify as a student either when registering for MiXR or when logged in.
When registering, simply answer Yes to Are you a student?. We suggest not using your student email address to set up your account, so you can still access your account after graduating.
If you already have a MiXR account, go to Home -> My Account (the person icon in the top left) -> Student Verification.
In both methods, you will be asked to verify your student status by logging into your verified UNiDAYS or Student Beans account. If your student status on those platforms has expired, you will need to reverify with them first.
Why should I verify as a MiXR student?
MiXR students get their own Student Reward Card, which gives you exclusive student discounts in our many student venues around the UK!
Additionally, student users received personalised MiXR Missions, games and offers to earn points and rewards.
I am receiving an error saying my email address is already linked to another account, but I only have one MiXR account. What should I do?
This message shows when your UNiDAYS or Student Beans account can't be linked to MiXR for any reason. Unfortunately, this is an issue on our side at the moment that we're working to fix. Don't worry, it's very unlikely that your UNiDAYS or Student Beans account is actually linked to another MiXR account.
Firstly, please check that your UNiDAYS or Student Beans student status has not expired. If it has, please reverify with them before attempting to verify on MiXR again.

What do I do if my Student Reward Card isn't working at the bar?
The likely cause of this is a poor network connection. If the voucher code below your Student Reward Card QR code does not start with MXR, please try connecting to an alternative network (for example, the venue's Wi-Fi), close the app, and try again.
