UNiDAYS Verification Issue - Error Message "Email In Use or Invalid"
Thank you for your patience while we investigated the issue affecting student verification with UNiDAYS.
MiXR version 6.5.1 has now been released and is available to all users.
Please update your app to this latest version, as it includes enhancements that will assist in resolving the verification issue.
Following your update, please attempt to reverify your student status through UNiDAYS once more.
If you continue to experience difficulties, we recommend trying Student Beans as an alternative method.
We have not encountered any issues with verification through Student Beans.
Should you still be unable to verify your student status — even after updating and attempting both UNiDAYS and Student Beans, or if you are unable to use Student Beans - please do not hesitate to contact us. We will be happy to assist you further.

FAQ's - Student/Society
Q - I have joined a club/society and I cannot see my points card/voucher
A - After joining a society, there is a 24 hour delay before the voucher is issued. Please wait 24 hours for the voucher to appear
Q - Do I need to be a student to create a society?
A - You will need to be a validated student to create a university/student club. A normal user & student user can create a grass roots club. If you are trying to create a club, you may then receive an error message advising to validate yourself as a student first. If an application is rejected, the user will receive an email from the clubs/societies team.
Q - If there a limit on how many people can join the society?
A - There is no limit to the amount of people that can join a club. However, a user can only join one club.
Q - Do I need to be a student to join a society group?
A - Yes you do
Q - Once set up, how long does the society last on the app for?
A - A year
Q - How do I change the Society's preferred venue?
A - Reach out to our student socials team at student.socials@stonegategroup.co.uk. The team will be able to make this change for you.
Q - How do I register as a student if I already have an account?
A - To add our student offers to your existing MiXR Account, you need to do the following:
· Go to “My Account” > “Student Verification”
· From there, you should be able to log into your UNiDAYS account to verify that you are a student and connect your account.
Q - How do I create a student account if I don't have a MiXR account already?
A - To get started, you'll need to create a standard MiXR account. After that, you can log in to your UNiDAYS account to confirm your student status.
Once verified, you'll be able to access the MiXR student offers and discounts.
We suggest not using your student email address to set up your account, so you can keep access even after you finish your studies.
Q - What happens if I accidentally join a Society?
A - Please email student.socials@stonegategroup.co.uk for assistance.
Q - Will I get points on my personal account when using my Student Society MiXR card?
A - Society membership cards are available to scan during all pre-booked socials and events to record your spend and earn commission for your club or society.
If no confirmed booking is in place, users can scan their standard MiXR Student card to earn personal points on all transactions.
Only one card can be scanned per transaction, and no personal points will be awarded if scanning a Society Membership card to earn commission.
