Q - My app keeps freezing or is very slow, what do I do?
A - Please follow these steps to try and resolve the issue:
Please uninstall the app.
Tap on the Settings icon and then choose General.
Tap on the section iPhone Storage.
Shortly, all apps and their storage usage will be listed.
Choose MiXR & then choose delete
Q - How do I update/change my personal details on the app?
A - You can update your personal details like your email, phone number and name in the app yourself.
To do this, tap on the Person Icon in the top left corner.
Then go to personal details and make sure to click onto the box to go into edit it.
If you are still having issues with changing any details, please email the team at hello@mixr.co.uk with your name, email and phone number too
Q - How do I change or remove my bank card?
A - You can do this on the app!
If you tap on the Person Icon and then go to "My bank cards"
You'll be able to see all linked cards and the option to remove them too
Q - How do I delete my MiXR account?
A - We would be really sorry to see you go!
To delete your account, please follow these steps on your app:
- Go to my account, scroll the bottom
- Click on "Sign out"
- It then provides two options - one to sign out, then another to "Delete my Account"
- Hit confirm
- It will then take you to a external browser to follow the next steps

MiXR is now the BCFC's official partner! The MiXR app is supporters go-to destination for exclusive rewards, including a free drink on matchday.
To register, follow these steps:
1. Download the app if you haven't already
2. Navigate to the 'REWARDS' section
3. Scroll down and complete the 'BCFC Survey Mission'
