What should I do if my app keeps freezing, crashing or running slowly?

The below steps may resolve the issue:

1. Check the App Store or Google Play to ensure your app is up-to-date. If it isn't, please update the app and try again.
2. Uninstall and reinstall the app on your device.
3. If problems persist, please submit a request with as much detail as possible, including the steps you've already taken.

Why is the app unavailable for download on my device?

The app may not be available for download on your device for a number of reasons:

1. You are using an OS older than iOS 16 / Android 10. The MiXR app is only compatible with iOS 16 / Android 10 or later.
2. Your location is set to a country where MiXR is not available. Make sure you are downloading from the UK.
3. Your age on your Apple / Google Account is under 18. You must be older than 18 to download and use MiXR.
4. Content restrictions are enabled on your device. Please disable content restrictions to download MiXR.
