Q - Do my points expire?
A - Points will expire after 12 months
Q - What do I do if my points aren't showing up after scanning my card or using a linked bank card?
A - It can take up to seven days for points to appear on your account.
If it has been longer than seven days, please ask to "raise a ticket with an agent" and provide us with your name, email, phone number and attach proof of purchase/screenshot (please do not include your bank details)
Q - What do I do if I can't complete the "make a booking" mission?
A - Please check if you have had the email confirming the booking - if you have and the mission still has not worked, please ask the bot to "raise a ticket with an agent" and provide us with your name, email, phone number
If you have not had the booking confirmation email, please try to re-book in the app again.
Q - How do I redeem points?
A - You can turn your points into vouchers.
You can generate a voucher between £5, £7.50, £10, £12.50, £15, £17.50 and £20. When you redeem this as a voucher, there will be an expiry date on that voucher. Queue jump is available for 1000 MiXR points (late night venues only)

Please note that Apple Pay and Google Pay will not give you points if you use this to pay for at the venue.
Instead use the linked bank card, or scan your MiXR app to collect points
Q - Why am I showing in negative balance?
